By purchasing or downloading Empty (including the free versions), you agree to be bound by this license agreement, outlining the usage terms for the files obtained through the purchase.

Thank you for choosing Empty (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Empty is a registered business, and this license agreement is applicable to both Free and Premium versions of Empty, available on our website.

In Summary

You are permitted to use both the Free and Premium versions of Empty in unlimited projects for yourself and your clients, encompassing commercial projects (websites, products, apps), client work, and personal projects. By acquiring or downloading Empty, you are affirming your commitment to the stipulations outlined in this licensing agreement.

You are NOT permitted to

- Sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise grant rights to the files or assets within the files (in original or modified form).

- Use any of the files or assets within the files in a UI kit, library, template, or framework (including for other software and frameworks).

- Distribute or publish the files or assets within the files online.

Use these resources in good faith, avoiding any duplication or usage in competing templates or products. We've provided 100% free versions of both products with the hope that you'll find them beneficial.

A "user" is defined as anyone utilizing the Empty files, either as a direct editor or as a user of a library of published components. You may share access to the files or a published library with your team members or other users only if you've purchased a Team Base, Team Premium, or Team Unlimited license.
